Reminder goes out
As the due date approaches, the parent receives a WhatsApp message with the student, package, amount and a "Pay online" button.
Parent pays by card
They tap the button, sign in and pay by card on the secure payment page. They can also pay from the "My Lessons" screen in the app.
The system records it
The payment is added to student tracking with a "Card" label and the next due date moves forward one period. No further reminder for that period.
You stay in control
See every card collection on the Online Payments screen. Card records cannot be edited by hand, so your books always match what was collected.
Online payment is available for monthly packages once card collection is activated for your club. It works for students with a payment day and next due date set.
