At QReserve, we highly value your privacy and the security of your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected, processed, shared, and protected in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Collected Personal Data
While using our platform, the following data may be collected: Identity data (Name, surname, gender, date of birth), Contact data (Phone number, email address), Transaction data (Reservation history, club membership details, match scores, and statistics), Physical measurement and performance data (body measurements such as height, weight and body mass index, together with test results, recorded as part of performance tests carried out by the club you are a member of — this data is processed only with your explicit consent), and Device/Log data (IP address, browser information).
2. Purpose of Data Processing
Your collected data is processed for the following purposes: carrying out and confirming reservations, sending notifications (SMS, email), enabling communication between you and the sports clubs you are a member of, calculating system statistics (Elo, etc.), tracking training and development through performance tests carried out by the clubs you are a member of, improving platform performance, and fulfilling legal obligations.
3. Data Transfer and Sharing
Your personal data is shared only with the businesses (sports facilities) you have authorized and are a member of, strictly to provide our services. Initially, these businesses obtain explicit consent to enter user data into the system. Your data is never sold, rented, or transferred to any third parties for marketing purposes. It may only be shared with authorized official institutions if required by law. Your data is hosted abroad on Google Cloud infrastructure to provide the service; your phone number may be shared with notification providers in order to deliver SMS and similar notifications.
4. Data Security and Retention
QReserve takes industry-standard technical and administrative security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. Your data is stored securely for the duration of legal retention periods or until the purpose of processing no longer exists; if you cancel your membership, your data is deleted or anonymized at the end of the legal retention periods.
5. User Rights (KVKK & GDPR)
Users have the right to learn whether their personal data is being processed, request information if processed, request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, and request the deletion or destruction of their data within the framework of the law.
