These Terms of Use govern the use of the QReserve platform. By using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
1. Description of the Service
QReserve is a platform providing reservation, membership, league/tournament and related management services for sports clubs and similar businesses. The reservation, lesson, membership and event services themselves are provided by the relevant business; QReserve is not a party to those services.
2. Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and confidentiality of your account information. Transactions made through your account belong to you. You may not use the platform unlawfully, misleadingly or in a way that violates the rights of third parties.
3. Reservation and Membership Rules
Reservation, cancellation, pricing and membership conditions are determined by the business you are a member of. The relevant business is the counterparty in disputes regarding these conditions; QReserve provides reasonable technical support.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights to the software, design, trademarks and content of the platform belong to QReserve; they may not be copied or used without permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is". QReserve does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, cannot be held liable for damages arising from services provided by businesses or from relationships between users.
6. Changes and Governing Law
QReserve may update these terms; the current version takes effect upon publication on the platform. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
