While using our platform, the following data may be collected: Identity data (Name, surname), Contact data (Phone number, email address), Transaction data (Reservation history, club membership details, match scores, and statistics), and Device/Log data (IP address, browser information).
2. Purpose of Data Processing
Your collected data is processed for managing and confirming reservations, sending notifications (SMS, email), facilitating communication between you and the sports clubs you are a member of, calculating system statistics (such as Elo), improving platform performance, and fulfilling legal obligations.
3. Data Transfer and Sharing
Your personal data is shared only with the businesses (sports facilities) you have authorized and are a member of, strictly to provide our services. Initially, these businesses obtain explicit consent to enter user data into the system. Your data is never sold, rented, or transferred to any third parties for marketing purposes. It may only be shared with authorized official institutions if required by law.
4. Data Security and Retention
QReserve takes industry-standard technical and administrative security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. Your data is stored securely for the duration of legal retention periods or until the purpose of processing no longer exists.
5. User Rights (KVKK & GDPR)
Users have the right to learn whether their personal data is being processed, request information if processed, request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, and request the deletion or destruction of their data within the framework of the law.
